Dandelion root increases the secretion of gastric juice and the amount of bile produced, which facilitates and supports digestion, has a diuretic effect. Dandelion also contains inulin, so it regulates blood glucose levels. It can be given alone, added to the basic feed or mixed with hay.

Supplementary feed material. Composition: dried dandelion root. Analytical components: crude protein (Kjeldahl method) min. 6.2%, crude fat min. 0.9%, crude fiber max. 16%, crude ash max. 5.6%, moisture max. 12%. Feeding recommendations: as a treat supplementing the basic feed.

Serve as a treat to diversify the basic diet. Can be given separately or mixed with hay.
