which they go crazy for. Pecan nut rich in protein and unsaturated fats, pecans do not contain cholesterol and are a good source of nutrients such as calcium, iron and magnesium. This nutty delicacy is also a good source of oleic acid, a fatty acid that can help keep the skin of the parrot’s fingers healthy and vibrant. Cashew nuts with a high content of potassium and magnesium, which help, among other things, in the proper functioning of the nervous system.
